Ana's workshop will focus on female embodiment and the power that comes with embracing your feminity.
Kayla's workshop will focus on discovering your voice through the perspective of Theater
Ana is a trauma informed and somatic sex, love & relationship coach.
She works with women from all over the world helping them heal blockages to love and find the empowerment and turn-on for life & pleasure within themselves,
so they can attract alike in form of a partner and relationship.
Her south-east European temperament, warmth and directness mixed with almost 20 years of living abroad in the western countries
and her international marriage surely has you covered when it comes to all sorts of situations in dating, sex, love and relationships.
Kayla Collingwood is a France-based contralto singer, classical music educator, and UX designer originally from New Zealand.
Combining her extensive experience in classical music with her passion for holistic practices, Kayla has developed "Voice/Stagecraft for Wellbeing" lessons and workshops,
which use principles from music and theatre for personal growth and wellbeing, alongside “Classical Music Immersion” sessions that offer interactive
and guided classical music listening experiences.
She holds a Master of Classical Voice from the University of Auckland and a Graduate Certificate in Theatre Studies from the University of Waikato.
In 2020, Kayla founded Sound Garden: Classical Music Immersion, a platform dedicated to engaging audiences with classical music through both online and in-person formats.
Her recent foray into UX design reflects her interest in digital innovations and person-centric experiences, driven by the principle of helping people connect with content
in the most effective way for their needs.
